Embrace the spirit of the Wild West at the Brewster Cowboy's Barbecue and Dance Barn, where a western legacy is alive and sizzling!

Since its establishment in 1994, the Dance Barn has stood is a tribute to over a century of cowboy heritage, inviting guests into an authentic Western atmosphere brimming with entertainment and the warmest of welcomes.

Our reputation for quality food, great service, and rustic Western facilities make for an unforgettable Western Canadian experience.

The Brewster "Hip of Beef," the family specialty, is 30 to 40 pounds of Alberta Beef rolled and perfectly aged for our barbecues. Prepared in large barbecue ovens and basted in natural juices, the roasts are carved for guests in our buffet serving lines. A highlight is seeing the meat transported by 'pitchfork' to our buffet tables.

*Our Barbecue and Dance Barn is exclusively available for private bookings, with the exception of the Country Christmas dinners which are open to the public.

*Several menu options are available.Dinner is served on Blue Enamel plates with silver cutlery.

Private gatherings, corporate retreats and incentive groups kick up their heels at the Brewster’s Dance Barn and line-dance to live western entertainment, learn the history of real life mountain adventures and cowboys and sit down to a hearty hip of beef dinner.

The Dance Barn’s interior, adorned with artifacts and imagery, narrates the rich history of real-life mountain adventurers and cowboys in the Canadian Rockies for over 100 years, giving this venue a unique Western Canadian flare.

Country Christmas Dinner & Sleigh Ride

The evening begins with a short sleigh ride transfer from the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise to our Dance Barn where a live country and western band will welcome you upon arrival.

Step inside the Dance Barn, all decked out for Christmas, including our 16-foot-tall horseshoe Christmas tree.

As the dinner bell chimes, prepare to be treated to a mouthwatering buffet, including salad, baked beans, baked potatoes, carved roast beef, all the fixings and homemade pie for dessert.

Let the band serenade you through the evening with an electrifying mix of tunes, offering the chance to kick up your heels with some line dancing. The perfect way to kick back, relax, and enjoy some Western hospitality.
